What games to invent for 5 year kid to learn new words in English?

Any book written for toddlers and preschoolers that teach shapes, colors, letters, numbers and simple words would be best to read over and over to her. At this age she can still learn English as naturally as if she was a toddler so repeated readings would be ideal. Learning songs are also great for this method.

Find educational websites that have things to print while you have access and use the worksheets or flash cards when you are with her.
Find bilingual books that are normally used to teach her native language and use it to teach her English.
Make word books together using pictures cut out from magazines and help he write the name of each picture below it.
And always remember that consistancy is the key. The best thing to do it to always speak in one language to her. If it is your job to teach her English, then always speak it unless there is an emergency that she needs to react quickly to. Total immersion is the best way to learn a new language if she will need to depend on it.
